Maybelline Brow Drama Review

Hey Guys!! Today I am going to be doing another product review for you all. As always, I am not an expert, this is just my opinion from my experience with the product. I am also not sponsored. I purchased this product a while back when I first saw the commercial for it on TV and I have waited so long to do the review because I really wanted to give it some time before I voiced my opinion. This product comes in three different shades, I purchased Deep Brown (which I believe is the darkest shade). I have always used Maybelline brow powder so I was interested to see if I would like another one of their products. At first, I was not a fan. I felt that it was just like a brow gel with a tiny bit of color. However, I watched the commercial again and realized that I was applying it wrong. You really do have to back-comb your brow with the product to distribute it among your brow. Then you comb it like normal to smooth it out and shape it. Once I started using the product correctly, I sta...

Bralettes for Busty Girls

Hey guys! Today I am going to be talking about Bralettes for busty girls. Ever look at those cute bralettes that girls were instead of bras and are like "I wish I could wear that", well, now you can. A lot of spring fashion trends lend themselves to needing a bralette underneath to insure that nothing is sticking out and that your bra is not sticking out either. If you are a girl with a larger chest, most of these bra's are not supportive enough. This leaves you with two choices, wear a strapless bra underneath, or do not wear that style of clothing. Why should you not be able to enjoy a trend because you are busty? You shouldn't. And now, you do not have to spend all day uncomfortable in a strapless bra in order to do so. Solution: Take a trip to your local TJ Maxx and go through the sports bra section. Instead on focusing on how well the sports bra will hold you while your working out, focus on how it will look under clothing. Look at the back of the bra before th...

The Prom Problem: Life Hacks for Prom

Hey guys! I am super excited to be talking to you about some "life hacks" with regards to Prom. I am no expert, these are just some little things that I learned through experience that I thought I would share with you to make the experience go smoother. So, lets get into it! 1. Sew Yourself In Bra's and fancy dresses have a love hate relationship. Obviously, you need to wear one...but they sometime stick out in all the wrong places at all the wrong times. Last year, I had a one shoulder, tight dress. There was no build in bra, and to my knowledge, one strap bra's do not exist (but if they do PLEASE send me a link to them! lol). I solved this problem by wearing a strapless bra with one strap. But that did not really solve the problem, because you could see the strap. Most dresses have a lining in them. What I did, was sew the strap down to the lining of the dress. I only used one or two stitches, but it kept the strap from peeking out, and you could not see the stit...

The Prom Problem is BACK

Hey guys! I MISSED BLOGGING SO MUCH! Seriously though, I feel like I am always saying this BUT I really do mean it. Last couple moths been cray! Had some life changes going on and got some amazing opportunities at the start of 2015 that I will talk about in another post because seriously, it deserves its own post. Anyway, I am so excited to be back with my THIRD season of The Prom Problem. What? I feel like I just started this series! This is deff one of my most viewed series and from the bottom of my heart, thank you all for reading it every year, and I hope that it has helped or inspired you in some way. This is the first year writing this series that I will not actually be attending Prom myself, so I am going to be taking a bit of a different approach to it and honestly, I am really excited about it. If you have any specific requests, let me know. Otherwise, hang tight for a hot second and the first content of the season will be up shortly. xoxoxo
