Project Runway Season 13 Finale Part 2 Recap Review

Hey guys! Today is the day! The Project Runway final part two aka the winner!!! Of course, the episode began with Kini and him having to recreate his collection. Lucky for him, Tim offered a trip to mood for the designers that need it. Amanda made the decision not to go, but the rest decided it would be beneficial for their collection. This season was certainly close and I think the finale collections were a bit different than everyone expected and that made them that more exciting. Lets get into the actual review now because I could go on for ever about how amazing the designers are and how they all deserve the win in different ways this season. Anyway, this is a no- spoiler review so if you have yet to see the episode, head on over to lifetime and check it out because you will not find the winner here. Now, lets get into it. Kini: Kini's strongest look was his second. The crop top white shirt was so cute and so modern as were his leather shorts. A few of his looks did look a bi

5 Halloween Costume Ideas for 2014

Hey guys! Today, I am going to talk about 5 different costume ideas that will most certainly be a hit this trick or treat season. 1. Elsa I really do not need to explain much here.  This costume can be perfect for all ages. Since the movie has come out, everything has been Frozen Frozen Frozen. So why not be Frozen for Halloween. This costume is most certainly purchasable  in any Halloween shop or local store with a Halloween section. If you do not want to spend any money on it, you could also just wear a blue skirt/top or dress and pair it with a side braid and everyone will still know who you are. 2. Mean Girls Here is a classic. Here is also a more adult costume and I would not recommend going with this one if you are not at least in Middle School yet. If you are looking for inspiration for this look, take a watch at my video with a few different Halloween costume ideas: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SVceUNMGPsg&list=UU6xDZQKKKcwU8avgdNid0dg 3. Project Runway Season 13 Final Part 1 Re-Cap Review

Its the final!!! Hey guys!! So an exciting season of Runway it has been!! I am pretty happy with the designers chosen for the runway. The designers were treated to a trip to Rome to inspire their collections. They also got the opportunity to purchase some lux fabric from a fabric store in Rome. The final is always so much fun because you get to see all of the designers in their element, at home and just really turning up the notch and showing off their best. This week, the designers had to pick three pieces from their collection to show to the judges. There were no eliminations, just opinions. Amanda: I am going to start with Amanda because I think that she has just been the Queen of redemption this season. I honestly did not realize how good of a designer she was after the first season. She has really come into her own this season and I am really happy that she got a second chance at the Runway. Amanda designed a statement collection of gold jewelry and I believe I saw an evil eye!

How to Avoid the Freshman 15

Hey guys! So Im sure most of you have heard about the Freshman 15, but in case you haven't, basically it is an average of 15 pounds that college students gain their Freshman year. Some people gain the freshman 15 and never loose it. Some spend their freshman summer on a strict diet. And unfortunately, some people gain a freshman 30 an never loose it. In today's post, I am going to talk about how to avoid the Freshman 15 and stay at your healthy weight. Check the Calories: Dinning hall food is notorious for being bad for you. However, you can still take care of yourself and avoid the freshman 15 by examining your food choices. Before you pick that 1/16 slice of pizza...take a look at the calories on the ingredient card. You may think that 1/16 is such a small slice that you can have it along with many other things. However, this is not the pizza you buy from a pizza place, and this stuff has 200 calories alone per 1/16 slice. You probably won't feel full after that tiny s

Window Shopping Wars: Urban Outfiters vs Blue Ivy

Hey guys! Welcome to my new mini series Window Shopping Wars! In this series, I am basically going to compare my shopping experience at the stores that I visited and shopped in. On this occasion, I had like no money on me and did not end up purchasing much but I did take pictures of a bunch of the stuff that I would have bought if I did have money. For this post, I chose to compare two stores that I have previously shopped in. Stay tuned for the next post in the series which will feature two stores that are brand new to me. So, without further a do, lets get started Urban: So need I say that everything at Urban is way over priced? Probably not. Aside from that, I am usually a big fan of Urban because they have such cute and unique stuff. However, on this particular trip, there was only a few pieces that stood out to me as special and out of the ordinary. This piece was a tan cropped high low top. I think that this top is so interesting and I would deff want to try it and see how i
