Hey Guys!! We all know that summer is coming up fast and many of us want loose a few pounds before we have to break out those swim suits!! If you are one of those people, do not feel embarrassed or ashamed. It is hard to work a bathing suit! But this summer, we are going to have our beach bodies ready to go and we are going to do it together! Today I am going to talk about a YouTube channel that I found that has fabulous workouts!!!!!!
This channel is totally dedicated to fitness and getting in shape. Workout videos are great because they are an easy, and free way to get your daily exercise fix. If you are like me and are drowning in homework, they are an easy break that you can take while staying in your bedroom. I would recommend doing a video at least once a day...twice would be great!! Honestly, I know that this is hard but it really does make a difference!! I love this channel because they have workouts for all levels, and many of their work outs are designed to burn a specific amount of calories. This is helpful if you are on a diet plan where you are keeping a food and exercise log, or if you happen to know that you had a 400 calorie pop tart for breakfast and you want to burn a bit of it off. (Not that a pop tart is recommended while you are trying to get in shape!) I am going to link their channel below so that you guys can subscribe and find the perfect video for you. Some of them are short, and some of them are long so keep your endurance level in mind before you start on a video. I would recommend picking a video that is challenging but not too hard for you and doing it once or twice a day until it feels easy and then picking a different video on the channel that is slightly harder and doing the same thing. I personally love the 200 Calorie workout video! This particular one is 22 mins long which is bit long of a break from homework but it really works my whole body. Personally, I have a very high endurance level from dance and running so I'm good for the longer videos. If you are not at that level yet...it is okay... by the time summer comes, I promise you that you will be there!! I just want to quickly say that I am not being sponsored by the channel or anything to talk about it, I just thought that it was a really great set of workout videos. Also, make sure that you stretch before you exercise. This is a must as it will prevent you from getting injured, remember, you can pull a muscle even if you are just doing lunges and this will set back your progress.
