July Favorites 2013!!

Hey Guys! I know I am a little late with this one too but I wanted to do it anyway. After all, better late then never!! I seriously can not believe that July is over. Like I am in total denial that I am going back to school in a month. But it is August now so without further a do, here are all the things that I have been loving for July.

1.) My first favorite of the month is Maybelline's color tattoos. As I have mentioned before, I work at a day camp so wearing makeup is feudal unless it is watter proof. These eye shadows are perfect because they do exactly what they are branded to do. I can go swimming with this on and come out of the pool with my shadow looking like I never got wet. Its actually amazing!! The colors I have been using are Inked in Pink which is a shimery light pink color and Audacious Asphalt which is a dark gray color. I am pretty sure that I have talked about this product in depth before so I am going to be moving on to my next favorite; however, I just wanted to mention that I have found that this product is very greasy the first time you use it and then it drys out and it is so much more effective when it is dryer.

2.) My next favorite for this past month is my Maybelline Line Stiletto. I use to own this eyeliner in black and I loved it but I never re-purchased it for what ever reason. The other day I decided to re-purchase it and I intended to get black but I accidentally got brown which wasn't so bad because I wanted a brown liquid eyeliner anyway. Using this line again reminded me why I liked it in the first place. Guys its literally fool proof! Like I don't even have to worry about getting my eyeliner right because it just is! I also love the color and how quickly it dries. I deff recommend picking it up.

3.) Converse. Converse are another thing that I have fallen in love with all over again. I really think that they are just the perfect way to dress down an outfit. Like add them to a dress and you are good to go. I also think that they are very versatile. You can play sports or run in them but you can also use them for fashion. Not to mention that they are very comfortable. I had kinda stopped wearing them after a while but I totally went back to it over the past month and if you dont own a pair...you should get one.

Okay I hate that this is so short but I really just did camp all of July and I guess that is the biggest favorite of them all and I think that I am going to do a full post about camp in the future so I don't really want to talk about it too much here. But basically we are not allowed to wear anything but our camp shirt and obvi shorts so I don't have too many favorites for July. I hope that you enjoyed what I do have here.

Project Runway 10-15-15 Recap Review

Previously on Project Runway: The designers gave members of the Project Runway crew a makeover. Hey guys! Welcome to this week's Project Runway Recap Review! We are getting closer and closer to fashion week each episode and the competition is getting tight. At this point, any of the designers could go home. Last week was packed with drama...but...its a new week, and a fresh slate, so lets get started. Challenge: The five remaining designers will make an outfit inspired by the New York City bridges (Queensborough, Brooklyn, Manhattan). The designers were assigned a bridge from the black bag of doom. Each designer created a textile with a 3-D printer that they had to incorporate into their garment. This is an Avant Garde challenge. Thoughts In The Workroom:  I'm not so sure what I think about 3-D printers...comment down below and let me know what you think about them (in general, not just in fashion). Candice made a good choice not using black again this week. Designers wh...

Project Runway 10-26-15 Final Part 1 Recap Review

Previously on Project Runway: The designers created a Red Carpet look. Thoughts in the Workroom: I knew Edmond would get the save!! Edmond really did deserve it. Not coming in prepaired must put on so much pressure. Candice's red and white pants are SO cute! Wait, Ashley what is that stain remover stuff? I need that. Challenge: The designers will show the judges three looks from their collection for feedback. One of those looks would be created from scratch, in the workroom . Guest Judge: No one this week. Home Visits From Tim : Ashley: Tim visited Ashley's hometown where she revealed her Mexican heritage. Ashley is creating a plus sized collection. I think that it is awesome that she is going for it. There is such a need for quality, fashionable, plus-sized clothing. Ashley's mother supported her vision stating the importance of Ashley's vision. Tim praised Ashley for her innovation with her floral headpieces, however, he warned her that the judges may cal...

Project Runway 10-22-15 Recap Review

Previously on Project Runway: The designers created a look inspired by the bridges of New York incorporating 3-D printed detailing. Challenge: The designers were flown to LA where the city served as their inspiration for a red carpet look. Thoughts In The Workroom: L.A has a Mood puppy! So cute. Ashley's fabric is very pretty. Edmond's fabric is gorgeous as well. Edmond No! Don't shorten! I hope Kelly's pants fit... Guest Judge: Christian Siriano Ashely: Boobs! Ashley picked a beautiful gold sequin fabric. However, the dress was not my favorite this week. Ashley's dress was floor length with a-symmetrical sleeves. On one arm, she had a long sleeve. The other arm, she had a spaghetti strap. The chest had a huge cut out between the sleeves that plunged down to her waist. The neckline was not flattering in my opinion. The judges were split on this look. Some of them thought that fabric was dated while others liked it. Heidi actually liked the very open c...
